As we kick off the last day of this exciting black history month, I would like to finish strong by honouring this man of God, who has served the people of Kenya, by offering us spiritual guidance, through educating us on sound biblical doctrines, as well as proclaiming the Word of God without fear or failure. This is a spiritual father that is revered in all public circles, yet equally respected by many for his passion and dedication to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ the King.

Apostle Richard E.S. Takim, who is the Apostolic Leader of The Cry of the Spirit Ministries, located in our beautiful capital city of Nairobi, is a man of God who has worked hard to transform the spiritual lives of many a people in this great nation. Granted that he may not be a Kenyan by right of birth, however he is much a Kenyan by God’s vision, mission, and purpose for the future of Kenya. That is why he is an inspiration to many who have had the privilege of sitting under his tutelage, as pertains to matters of the Kingdom of God.

Apostle Richard Takim does not need any introduction, as he has braced the airwaves in the nation, persistently and consistently ministering the Word of God to all and sundry. Everyday of the week, the Apostolic Leader embraces his  missionary purpose of proclaiming God’s Word in spirit and in truth, especially to those that have a higher calling in God. Moreover, Apostle Takim is officially a Kenyan resident since 2013, with the sole purpose of winning souls to Christ, with the truth of God’s Word and the power of His resurrection. This general of God does not play with this assignment either, taking it to heart and mind, making it his priority to teach, preach, prophesy, as well as impart his congregants with the message of hope, truth, and life, until they fully transform by God’s saving grace, in order to become who God has called them to be.

In all my years as a Christian, I have never understood the holy Bible like I do now, ever since I started tuning into the faith building programmes and devotionals by Apostle Takim, on his Morning Cloud Television Channel. There is no doubt that the preacher man has fully tapped into the wisdom of God in the Bible, by the way he easily dissects into it and exhumes its power. Surely, such knowledge exuded by this messenger of God is not ordinary, and therefore cannot be ignored. Therefore, any serious Christian would be most lucky and blessed to tune into the Morning Cloud Television, should they desire a more vibrant spiritual life.

But the most compelling move I have observed from Apostle Takim, is the masterful delivery of his sermons. When this noteworthy pastor stands to preach the Word of God at the pulpit, best believe that you will not remain the same. Of course, The Almighty God is always at work behind the scenes, working alongside his humble servant, yet his word knowledge, life experience, combined together with his passion for God’s people makes up for a powerful impact, particularly in the lives of individuals. Kenyans do not know how favoured they are to be braced with such a selfless missionary.

Granted that there are many teachers and preachers of various titles in the nation, busy working in the name of God, who definitely deserve recognition for their numerous contributions for our spiritual growth. I take this moment to appreciate you all for your continued support of our well being as Christians. May the good Lord bless you all. Nonetheless, this timeless piece goes out to this modest spiritual father, whose mission has changed many lives, transforming them into an army of fire brand soldiers, holy and acceptable to the Lord our Saviour, for the work allotted to His saints in these end times.

To conclude, Apostle Takim is one of a kind soldier of Christ, whose vision is heavenly-based on reaping souls for the kingdom of God, whose  content is based on sound biblical doctrine, whose ministry is five-fold, whose character is pure, and whose commission is upholding the truth of the gospel.

Here is to you Apostle Richard E.S. Takim; If the Lord said it, who are we to disagree? If the Lord birthed it, who are we to destroy it? If the Lord called you, who are we to doubt Him?, and if the Lord sent you, who are we to say otherwise? Therefore, as you have heeded the clarion call and stepped into your calling, also ride high on eagles wings, and into your awaited destiny.
